- 2 lbs cubed pork
- 3 tbsp minced ginger
- 3 pcs sliced chili peppers, or to taste
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 3/4 cup shrimp paste or bagoong
- 1 medium sized minced onion
- 32 oz coconut milk
Procedure:
- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Simmer for a very low heat for a very long time.
- Stir constantly.
- If you see that the sauce has thickened up, then it’s done. Cook it to the consistency that you like.
